SPACEPERIUM GAME – UFO In NYC EVENT (REAL BLACKOUT WOULD OCCUR LATER)!
It was incredible to realize that after this broadcast an actual blackout did occur in NYC. What is fascinating was the indication that actual ground personnel were dropped off by the alien ship (UFO) which we were tracking at the time. The ensuing events of this day brought home the effect that Spaceperium (a game in development) was intended to have – simply, a hybridization of real life and gaming.
What is planned for this game is a TV Channel to air soon on Roku and Amazon Fire TV featuring show episodes of game play and unique current event settings (now being developed).
As for now, the opportunity to get involved in this game is very limited. There is talk that this game will have different permutations or will develop through phases involving different game genres.
What is exciting in the short term is the development of this game as a LARP (Live Action Role Play) which we’ll cover in another article with the video where I actually talk about it.
We’re working hard over here at the Spaceperium Studios and Headquarters. We’re hoping a lot with this game project and feel that the time is right for this unique type of game and game development.
